An 85 m² first-floor apartment with an attic, designed for a relaxed holiday for 2 to 6 people.

The spaces

The apartment, with open views over the park, is on the first floor and is reached by an outdoor staircase leading to the private entrance on the balcony. On the same level are the living area with the kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a utility area and washing machine, and two double bedrooms, one with a small terrace.

From the living room a wooden staircase leads to the attic: a comfortable double sofa bed, the second bathroom and a large 20 square metre terrace.

All three bedrooms have a latest-generation air conditioner. For the youngest you can ask for a camp cot. Children up to 6 stay free.

How we prepare the apartment

The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests, to guarantee comfort and good use of space. Unused bedrooms stay closed and the attic with the terrace is opened only for a fifth and sixth guest.
