The apartment has three bedrooms and we prepare it for the number of guests, so every space stays tidy and comfortable. Bedrooms you do not need stay closed.
Two of you but you want separate rooms? Write to us through the Airbnb or Booking.com messages before booking and we will find a solution. For the little ones you can ask for a camp cot.

What the house is like
You enter from the private balcony, up an outdoor staircase to the first floor. Here is the living area with open views over the park, the kitchen with a dining area, the bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with a small terrace.
A wooden staircase leads up to the attic: a comfortable double sofa bed, the second bathroom and a large 20 square metre terrace.
In the kitchen you will find an oven, a pod coffee machine, a dishwasher and an air fryer; the apartment also has a washing machine and a TV. All three bedrooms have a latest-generation air conditioner.

The park, the sea, the bikes
In front of the house is the park and, beyond it, a sports centre with tennis courts, beach volley and beach tennis, a swimming pool with a slide and a bar.
The equipped beaches and a free beach are about 1 km away: 15 minutes on foot, or by bike. The four adult bikes are free for guests.
For running or walking, the Tenuta di Marinella is close by, with trails through nature.
Liguria and Tuscany without changing base
Luni Mare is a quiet neighbourhood between Liguria and Tuscany. From here you can reach the sea, the hills and the art towns: Sarzana and ancient Luni a few minutes away, Carrara, Lerici and Forte dei Marmi within 30-40 minutes, Portovenere, the Cinque Terre, Pisa and Lucca within about an hour.
